Q. How are the files transferred?

A. Files are transferred using a secure FTP. The access is restricted only to the authorized account management team and the client. Using an FTP gives you peace of mind when it comes to security, since the files in the FTP folder cannot be downloaded, printed or copied by unauthorized persons.

Q. What is the normal turn around time?

A. The normal turn around time is 1 week for a medical record review. We also understand that the dimension of “time” cannot be a static factor in projects involving sensitive and time critical factors. That is the reason we always have a bench strength of 20% of trained & skilled team and this team will always be available depending on the size of the projects. Precisely why we claim that no project is too small or too large for us.
