Ans. The Client supplied information resides only on your server.
Q. What security measures does Trivent take to prevent data leakage by their attorneys?
Ans. The attorneys do not have access to the internet through their computer, the USB ports in their CPU are disabled and they are not allowed to carry gadgets like digital cameras, mobiles with integrated camera and compact discs in the work area.
Q. What measures are adopted to protect client confidentiality?
Ans. Attorneys are not allowed to discuss classified client information off-site. They are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Such NDAs contain stringent default clauses entailing severe action if breached.
Q. How secure is the work environment at Trivent?
Ans. Trivent's office and work areas have security devices installed at the entrance point. Outsiders and visitors have no access to the work area and each and every Trivent employee goes through a strict security check on every entry and exit.
Q. What is the cost of employing Trivent for off-shored legal work?
Ans. We are extremely flexible as far as billing models are concerned. The client has the choice of opting for a project based billing, contractual billing or a dedicated seat based billing.
Q. Would I have control of my work if I off-shore legal work to Trivent?
Ans. The client retains full control over the work even if it is off-shored to Trivent. We develop with the client a blueprint of the work delivery model and commence work only on receipt of client's acceptance of such module.
Q. Would I get a chance to interact with the attorneys of Trivent?
Ans. We always encourage that our clients interact with our attorneys. Our project leads and managers keep in constant touch with the client. Trivent attorneys can also be present on conference calls if the client so desires.
