How do I apply to Trivent?
We look for Medical Talents (MD, MBBS, BDS). You can apply to Trivent by emailing your updated profile to hr@triventlegal.com
Once your CV is received we will review it and shortlisted profiles will be called for an interview, the date and time of which is scheduled well in advance to suit your availability. You will also be informed about the time it will take for the interview process.
What are the stages in the interview process?
There will be a two stage interview process.
Stage 1: Consists of HR Career Counseling & Discussion, Understanding Both Sides Better, Assessments on Language, Aptitude, Computer Skills, Medical Subject Knowledge and Medical Case Assessment. You will be interviewed by a team that will consist of HR, Production Manager and one of our Sr. Physicians. Our interview process also tries to evaluate your attitude towards learning and team work, long-term career focus. Post the first stage interview process you will be given a wait-in period which will enable us to review your performance and shortlist your candidature for the next level interview.
Stage 2: In the Second Round you will have a rather Casual chat with the Team Manager which will help us understand your short and long term plans, goals, where we can focus on your career, any assistance from our end to help you strike a good work-life balance.
Post the second round of interview selected candidates will be offered employment.
Do I need to have prior experience in the knowledge process outsourcing industry?
Not required. We understand that the talent pool that we look to hire are mostly “ new” to this industry. We also ensure that we provide a brief counselling on a career with us during the initial HR discussions.
What is my career path in Trivent?
Your growth path starts once you qualify out of our training process and have gained the fundamental knowledge. You have the option to choose between a Vertical or Horizontal growth. Well structured periodic reviews, appraisals, incentive plans, promotion schemes, change of designation is in place. Associates with traits like teamwork and integrity, demonstrate strong technical and process skills, or show an aptitude for leadership are identified as part of our succession planning program.
